SCOF = Static Coefficient of Friction determined using American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Method C 1028. Usual safety criterion for level floors is 0.60 or higher. Safety-Grip's SCOF dry = 1.05, and wet = 0.90.
PTV = Pendulum Test Value according to Ceramic Tile Institute of America test. Usual safety criterion for level floors: 35 and higher. Extra Coarse Safety-Grip PTV dry = 100, wet = 80.

Aqua-Safe Tapes (non-abrasive)
An embossed surface that is less aggressive than Safety-Grip but kinder to bare skin. Ideal for use in baths, showers, boats and in food safety areas.

Aluminum-backed, Conformable Safety-Grip
Ideal for use on irregular surfaces and can be hammered into place. It's especially good for use on Diamond Plate. A mallet (supplied) and the adhesive backing cause it to adhere to the contours of the surface.

Bolt-down anti-slip aluminum plates
These prefabricated anti-slip plates are available in a variety of shapes and colors and are made of weatherproof aluminum and our anti-slip adhesive tape. Bolts are countersunk.
