Steri-Kleen and Diamond-Kleen Industrial Strength Floor Cleaners

Our floor detergents help preserve and enhance slip resistance for commercial, industrial, and institutional customer use. cleaners. Literally, no other cleaning product is available in the world that is equivalent in effectiveness of maintaining slip resistance.  They are:

Steri-Kleen:  maintains and enhances slip resistance

Diamond Kleen:  cleaning and slip-resistance maintenance of glossy flooring after treatment with Non-Slip 21

Only Safety Direct America's British-trained technicians apply, test and monitor our premier product, Non-Slip 21. Dry and wet slip-resistance monitoring of any floor is available through our parent company, Sotter Engineering Corporation.

Incredibly, many commercial floor cleaners contain lubricants that actually make floors more slippery, wet and dry! Ours do not, and they include a unique exclusive combination of ingredients that can increase or preserve wet slip resistance for increased safety.

Steri-Kleen is our routine maintenance cleaner of choice for most floors. It helps preserve and enhance wet slip resistance. One gallon diluted as directed can clean 12,000 square feet or more, depending on the application method. Steri-Kleen increases hygiene by killing bacteria. Steri-Kleen isn't suitable for high-gloss floors such as polished porcelain, marble, or terrazzo. However, it can increase and preserve wet slip resistance of some "waxed" floors -- that is, floors coated with floor finishes. Results vary with the brand and type of finish.

Diamond-Kleen is our cleaner for high-gloss floors. It helps preserve wet slip resistance. Virtually all glossy floors are slippery when wet, unless Safety Direct America has treated them with Non-Slip 21. Unwaxed glossy floors that get might wet in use should be treated with Non-Slip 21, then maintained with Diamond-Kleen.

Most flooring materials are considered by forensic experts to be slip-resistant when clean and dry. However, due to lack of slip-resistance safety standards for footwear, dry slips sometimes occur. The best way to protect a property against claims from dry slips is to have us monitor your floors' slip resistance periodically to document your due diligence in floor maintenance. To best protect against wet slips, have your floor treated with Non-Slip 21, then monitored periodically.
